Subscription Terms

The subscription to ELGINEON LTD's services provides access to the following benefits:

Trial and billing

The subscription gives you access to the member area for 3 days free of charge. No separate fee is charged for the trial: it begins when you select the subscription and pay for the ticket, tour or experience in the same order, and you pay only the price of that purchase. At the end of this trial period, the subscription costs 79 per quarter, in the currency displayed to you at checkout, and the payment is taken by automatic debit from the card you used to subscribe, on the date we tell you before you subscribe. We remind you by email at least 24 hours before that first payment, and at least 14 days before each renewal. The subscription then renews automatically every quarter until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel the subscription at any time and without any conditions.

ELGINEON LTD does not sell its customers' information, and personal data is only used for the purpose of communicating with customers and providing them with the desired level of service.
